Social Distance

Appointment Screening

Clients are seen by appointment only and will be screened prior to booking.

Clients scheduling appointments should not have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, have been sick in the past 14 days or currently feeling sick.

We will be stagerring appointments to minimize clients checking in and out at same time.

No presenting cold, cough, difficulty breathing and headaches in past 14 days.

Temperature Checks

Digital forehead thermometers will be used at the doorway by a trained staff member to take temperatures. Body temperature should not be over 98.6 F/ 37 C.

Entering Spa and Social Distancing

Clients and Staff before entering Spa will be required to wear a face mask and to use hand sanitizer by entry door table.

Waiting area seating has been adjusted to support social distancing.

Spa Disinfection & Air Filtration

Waiting Room

All common areas including retail will be disinfected regularly.
We will be assisting clients with water and retail items to minimize touching surfaces.

Bathrooms

Regular disinfection throughout the day on all common touch surfaces, including sinks, faucet and handles, soap dispensers, towel dispensers, toilet handles, seat, tank, handles, locks.

Treatment Rooms

Thorough cleaning and disinfecting will take place after every service. Disinfecting includes door handles, light switches, table tops, face cradles, and any other touch surfaces.

Coats, bags, clothing will be placed in a plastic bag by the client, and kept in the treatment room during service.

HEPA air purifiers are installed in our reception area and all treatment rooms. Filter Technology Captures 99% of Airborne Pollutants (viruses, pollen, dust, pet dander, mold, bacteria and more)

We use EPA registered hospital disinfectant approved under the Emerging Viral Pathogen Guidance for use against the virus that causes COVID-19 and meets OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
